Grace Homeschool Family Co-op: Demographics (Fake Event)

Hi everyone,

It was suggested that we collect some demographics on our co-op membership to better help communicate who we are, what we might need, etc. to potential churches/new building opportunities.

There might be a better way to collect this information. However, I'm in a time crunch and have limited knowledge on Wix. So I created an "event" that I need every member to "attend". You will be asked to share some general information. I will then be able to export this information into a nice document.

I ask that you to fill out information about each family member that attends (including adults). What does it mean to attend? Example, if you have a child in public school and they never come to Grace workshops or events, then don't count them. If you have a 1 year old that comes with you to co-op, count them.

*So for my family I would choose 5 tickets because all 5 members of my family have/will attend either workshops or events. (Including my husband.)

Basically, use your best judgement so I can get this information together. Thanks guys!
