MS/HS: Intro to Silks

Service Description

Come learn the basics of Aerial Silks! This is a physical workshop, so come dressed in leggings and a shirt that can be tucked in or a leotard top. We will have a performance opportunity on the last day of workshops should students want to participate. Students must have some level of physical fitness already established before signing up: 8 push ups (can be from knees) 10 sit ups or crunches Please do not sign your child up for this workshop if they don't have expressed interest in being physical, learning aerial skills, and have the ability to concentrate and follow directions. Aerial Silks is inherently a risky sport, so that's the reason for the strict standards. I reserve the right to remove participants who don't meet the physical and/or concentration standards for the safety of all.
